Went home and read the reviews on it. Took it back primarily because of negative reviews especially about the Smart part of the TV which wasn't rated highly. Have two other Sharps that have good pictures but are lacking in the Smart function department

There were many choices to see and after speaking to the well trained staff they quickly identified my budget and showed me the perfect Tv for my needs and budget.

I guess I expected more because I thought you would be able to access the Internet. If you can, I haven't been able to figure it out. The TV itself is okay, but the rest, not so much.
