Bedroom tv

I found this tv for under $400. I consider it a steal. True it’s not a Sony or Samsung but it does it’s job. I don’t car for the Roku remote but I replaced it with a better remote that controls everything in my room. Only issue I have is the tv will get pink blotches every now and again. I’ll turn it off and back on which will fix the problem. One day that won’t work, then I’ll be sad.

Frustrating after a year
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited about this TV when I got it less than two years ago. Had very good reviews and the quality was tough to beat for the price. That said, after not even a year of owning it, it started to randomly go black, where I couldn't see anything but could still hear sound on it. I did A LOT of digging and found a hard reset code that was supposed to fix it. Sometimes it worked the first try, but sometimes it took well over 30 tries. It's been manageable yet extremely frustrating at times. Then about a week ago it went out, and the code has not worked yet up to this point. It's not even two years old yet. When it works, it's a good TV for near the bottom of the market in price. But I at least would have expected it to work without issues for a year, let alone have to dig for a reset code and then maybe be dead within two years.
