I would give it a 5 star based on the bargain of this set. But first, let me start from the beginning. I was unable to receive free shipping and there was only one left for in-store pick up for the Cyber Monday deal. Being in NYC we had to request an Uber XL and carry this bad boy back to the apartment. My partner and I were super careful transporting it, mounting it, and configuring it all up (even wore gloves). After all this, and a couple days of enjoyment, we noticed a tiny speckle of red in the middle of the screen while loading Netflix. Upon closer inspection, we realize it's a dead/faulty pixel. What started as a speckle quickly turned into "this is all I see now!" every time the screen has a somewhat of a dark scene displayed. I've tried everything suggested online to "unstuck" a pixel to no avail. If I had a vehicle, I would easily return this set. However, due to the incredible journey to get the TV and mounting it up, we're just going to suffer and hope the pixel fixes itself someday. Note to self and anyone considering purchasing this TV: inspect thoroughly in the store before walking out. Ask an employee to help unbox, power it up, repackage if needed. And to all those complaining of choppiness, or that strange movement, your problem might be motion smoothing technology. To adjust: hit the star button on your remote, find “advanced picture settings,” and look for “Action Smoothing.” You can set it to low, medium, high, or simply choose “off.” I turned mine off and no longer feel I'm on drugs.
