This TV came up as a deal during the holidays during 2019 and along with my rewards through Best Buy we got it at an incredible deal. I would recommend this TV and the Fiancé loves it.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the picture. The great Best Buy price on sale was what convinced us to upgrade our TV. Delivery was on-time and prompt. BUYER BEWARE - Got 2 Brand New defective TVs

I got 2 defective, brand new of these TVs from Best Buy. The first one I couldn't even setup because the remote was messed up. Was on the phone with Sharp for over an hour before they said to just return it to Best Buy. The 2nd TV I got from Best Buy worked for 4 days before it stopped connecting to WiFi. It says there is no network even though there is. Phones, laptops, tablets can all connect, and the network speed test is fast, but this TV can't find a network signal. What are the chances that both the original TV I purchased and the replacement TV I bought don't work? That must mean these TVs are poorly made. DO NOT BUY ONE. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me

I was very disappointed, however, when I got it set up, and found that it had no manual controls of any kind. To add to my issues, it refused to pair with my satellite remote, so I was totally dependent on the included remote for the TV, while having to use another for the satellite. I was unable to get this item at my local Best Buy, and had to drive 90 plus miles to the next closest store that had it in stock, so I was pretty irritated to have to take it back, and only be offered a $20 discount on a lesser TV that was in stock. Needless to say, it was returned, and I bought a comparable TV the next day at Walmart. I contacted Sharp before returning it, and was informed Best Buy made special purchases on these, omitting features to keep the price low. I would not consider Best Buy again, for a TV, without doing more research, first!

The Roku App has been fine. I've mounted the tv to the wall without issue. It is perfect for my bedroom. I've had a good experience with this as my first Sharp TV.
