Roku tv's are awful

It loves to turn itself off when you click any remote button. Now the remote stopped working, and it was suggested to do a reset, so not it's stuck on the start up screen, but I can't do anything because you can only set up the tv with a remote, which is the dumbest thing ever. There should be buttons on the tv for when stuff like this happens. That's what I get for buying a cheaper tv. Had my Zenith for 10 years with no issues, wish we kept it, it worked better than this thing. According to blogs I read, this seems to be an issue with Roku tv's as people with various brands seem to have the same problem, so it's clearly a Roku issue.
