    I’m familiar with the open box policy due to my son being a previous employee. I ordered in a distant city and traveled to pick it up. First it was wrapped in plastic and taped... no box. It was missing everything.. including the remote. I spent about the value of the tv in new condition getting it to a point where I could turn it on and use it. When pairing to the internet, it can often unpair and requires unplugging to pair again. Beware of open boxes... not always a good deal. If the Best Buy was closer, I would have returned it.
