The TV is OK ~ the support was very poor

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Sharp TV picture is just fine, but the control of its functions is a big problem. I have Direct TV (the biggest program provider). Upon programming the remote I found it wouldn't work. So now I have to use two remotes. I first contacted Direct TV about it. They graciously sent their newest and most up-to-date remote. I then stopped into your store and explained my problem. They first said I must not be programming it correctly. I explained that I am electronic engineer and I am programming it as per the process explained on the TV. He then said, "You'll just gave to live with it." I then contacted your service department and explained my problem. We went through the programming together and they said, "That should fix it." I told them it didn't. They refused to send a technician to correct it. This is not the type of service that I expect from BestBuy. I don't think you do either. If this problem is not corrected I will share this with the public at every opportunity.
