Disappointed!

Was hesitant since Sharp used to be a strong brand of TV, but are now manufactured by Hisense. Neither have strong reviews at Consumer Reports, etc. Set up was easy & it immediately loaded the same ROKU channels that are on the other TV in the house. I watched regular programming feeling like I needed to rub my eyes to make it clearer and was wondering if it was just me. Yesterday, my husband made the same comment. Made lots of adjustments using the * on the remote and advanced picture settings. Finally got ballgames, golf, news looking good but even that didn’t seem to be consistent between channels. Flipped randomly toYoung and Restless—very poor quality picture. Husband tried to watch old western on TCM channel—way too dark to see—yet on the other TV, it was normal viewing for an old film. BTW the other TV is 2 year old entry level 4K Insignia so not a high end TV either but the quality of picture is tremendous compared to this one. It’s going back today
