Do not buy

Called best buy and sharp customer service but was basically told to buy another tv since the year warranty expired the month before the tv stopped working. It seems like they make the tv this way so that it will break once the warranty is up. Usually my tv's always last way longer then a year.

Watching it and screen went black..wont power up now...red light flashing on front. Reset it but still no go. Lots of issues I have read with these going out in a year...guess we were lucky it lasted almost 3 yrs.

Great TV, horrific service from Sharp.

However the front page of the quick start guide tells you to go to Sharp TV usa.com to get the manual, but there is no manual. I just spent an hour of my life on the phone being passed around to different people only to find out that sharp releases products without releasing an owner's manual online. But they tell you to go to the website to get it. Pretty unbelievable.

TV won't turn on any more

TV was working fine until two weeks ago while watching Hulu I put the program on pause when i came back to restart the program the TV screen was off. I have tried everything and TV won't turn on. I'm going to have to buy a new TV, I guess you get what you pay for.

Crap TV

But now it has an issue where it will turn on but not stay on. A year & 2 months old. 2 months out of the warranty. Customer service no help. Googled issue and there are several people with the same problem as me however the company offers no resolution & it’s out of warranty. Sad that they don’t make anything to last anymore!!!

It expired all of a sudden without even reaching a second year since I purchased it. Such a disappointment! I have to buy a new TV...

THE WORST TV I EVER PURCHASED

When I looked up ways to trouble shoot on YouTube or forums, it was obvious that many people had the same experience. When I called Best Buy they just told me to call the manufacturer. Will throw the TV in the trash and go to Walmart!
