not the best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not the best TV, and not that smart. Once you turn on the device, it takes too long to get to a channel in the higher numbers - like 117.

Great for the Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Warning with Roku Based TVs. It takes time for the set to load programming. Other than that it works as advertised.

Breakdown in just over a year.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sharp is no longer the old electronics company as far as the quality goes. May be that's why they are cheap. I was watching a program on it when it shuts off and stopped working. This one was brought in July 2019 and broke in September 2010. Repair is not worth the cost.

Waste of money
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great until it all of the sudden died just under 2 years old with no way to fix it. I finally found reviews online after searching a community ROKU board for answers and it turns out this TV and this brand is a piece of crap. ROKU makes faulty boards that fail rather quickly on purpose. They are a waste of money and very disappointing. Turns out it isn't even really a SHARP TV either- its a HISENSE. Very misleading. Don't waster your money or plan to buy the extended warranty (which is why they probably don't sell this TV anyone).

Broke after only 300Hrs of Use
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't use this TV that much - maybe 300 hours and 1 week before it went out of warranty the TV would no longer turn on. Contacted Sharp - I mean Hisense which apparently makes this garbage and they need to send out a technician to repair. Tech shows up with a power supply and motherboard replacement and apparently the display is the problem. Per Hisense they destroy the screen and have to replace it - we'll see how that goes. I will not buy another Sharp television as Inow know this crap is from China,

Total junk
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item new on 6/15/19. It died on me less than 4 months later - 10/12/19. Of course, it was out of my Best Buy return window. I am currently dealing with Hisense to get a SECOND replacement unit as they shipped a unit with a shattered screen as the initial replacement. Do your research before buying a flat screen TV. Do not buy one manufactured by Hisense. Sharp was right in initially filing a lawsuit claiming that their brand reputation is damaged as a result of these substandard units being peddled.

Worked great...for a couple years
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased TV in March of 2019. Worked great until today 6-12-21. Powered off on it's own and wouldn't power back on. I tried all of the usual tricks, but did not solve the problem. I guess it's time to buy a new TV.

TV crashed
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.little less than 2 years and the tv does not work. Didnt purchase extended warranty as I have tvs from target that have lasted years. I'd say anything 4k at this price isnt made to last. Stick to the standard 1080p and just get a firestick

Wonder why it's no longer available.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this TV 2 years ago and it has given me a black screen with no response. Have unplugged, tried to drain power, tried to reset, plug back in and nothing. Based on ROKU boards, this TV has given people multiple issues.

Warning-will break after a year! Do not buy!!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this tv in Jan of 2019. It lasted until today (11/18/20). To me, a tv we paid $400 for should last longer. Tv will no longer stay on. Acts like it wants to work and immediately shuts off. We called Sharp customer service but nothing they could do since it's outside the pitiful 1 yr warranty. Do NOT buy this tv!!!! I will never purchase another Sharp product....so disappointed.

Dead after 2 years
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked pretty good for 2 years, now it is useless. Red light on but will not power up. Looks like a lot of people have this problem, I found while looking for solutions. Roku is ok but I like Android the best.

Did not last one year!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the Roku setup and TV picture; however, sad to say the backlight went out in under a year and unable to be fixed and no replacement available. On the bright side, purchase was refunded in full. Thank you BBY!
