Tv is only a year old and now it wont turn on. Red light just blinks. And you only get 1 year warranty. Sharp is smart.

Just died in me not even 2 years old. Cannot recommend this product

The tv lasted for 14 months just after the 1 year warranty and then just never turned on again. It was not hit, as I live alone and no one else was in my home when it just stopped working. Best Buy told me too bad, manufacturer said the same thing.

two year from now, it is broken, so regret to buy this

broke 1.5 years after purchase. Manufacturer's warranty is only ONE YEAR. Shop a different brand.

After less than a year and a half, the set completely quit. No picture at all. Don't waste your money.

For what I paid and what I got I am impressed. I think the picture looks great. My Xbox One X see this TV as 4K ( someone else said they had an issue? ) . Follow the simple directions on your Xbox One X. It tells you what to do. I have a Nvidia Shield TV hooked up to this TV. A HTPC ( old game rig ) and a OTA antenna, I get all my local stations too. The entertainment on this thing is not an issue, I would do fine with just the Roku part of it. Also someone did say that they dont want to use the remote to go to different inputs. You don't have to , in settings of the TV look in power. There you will find when you power it on, you can tell it what you want to start with. Say your antenna, or Xbox or whatever you have hooked up to it. I set it for last input used. Sign up for Pluto TV, I like that one a lot. I think of it this way, the price, picture, size , Roku smart , 3 HDMI ports, fiber optic out for my Bose system, it has a USB port, toss a 16GB USB drive in it and you can pause live TV! Headphone jack is a plus. The ease of use of the remote. I also bought mine online and had it shipped the very next day! It was so smooth! Compared to when I went into the store. I am glad that Best Buy evolved. I am very happy with this TV. I would recommend it to anyone on a budget, that wants a big screen ( odd ball size but yes its big ) and a Roku to cut the cord. All by itself, this TV is a great deal for what you get. The 4K demos looked great on it! I normally stream 720p or 1080p ( Kodi ) . The speakers on this TV seemed fine for my living room. But got them hooked to my Bose gemstone II's through fiber. I wish I jumped on this TV when it was on sale Christmas time. I still did good now on it. If it's on sale, I suggest you grab one!

Absolute garbage. Didn’t even last 2 years before it turned itself off and won’t come back on.

It was a great tv (past tense) and I enjoyed it until it just stopped working less than 2 years into purchase. Black screen, no sound output and a blinking red light. Disappointing. Power output is likely the issue. I did really like this tv but breaking that fast is a huge red flag

This TV didn’t last two years. Picture went out while kids were playing video games. Picture never came back but red light at the bottom left corner is on.

This tv was ok for the money, but I ultimately exchanged for a Samsung. This size was an odd shape and the picture wasn’t as sharp as a Samsung.

did not like the picture quality nor the featured operation i returned it and bought the much better lg for a slight but worth it extra cost

Extremely bad experience. TV stopped working in just 2 years and there is absolutely NO help either from best buy or from Sharp. Quality of the products sold by Best Buy is getting worse everyday. I am never buying any electronic items from Best Buy anymore. Pathetic.

Unfortunately the problem with audio sync with this model is known however, no resolution has been found. Had to return it.

some pictures are okay quaility? but most of the time it appears way to light? i tried to adjust the color but it didnt help much?

The tv was sold to me for $30 more then what it was listed for and the manager said he couldn’t do anything about it and referred me to the corporate and I never heard a word from them. Something like this happens every time I buy from a big business. Best Buy will not get my business anymore. The sign for $349 was supposed to be taken down the day before and that’s my fault! Done with this place.
