After beating on them constantly to repair a TV that wouldn't work properly, they finally sent a repair tech to replace the motherboard AND IT STILL DIDN'T WORK RIGHT. The company dragged its feet, allowing the warranty to run out. I wish I never bought this TV.

The refresh rate is bad REAL BAD around 120 and that stinks my plasma is 9 years old and has a refresh rate of 600.The color is bad and the speakers are on the bottom of the TV which makes it sound like your in a cave

With Roku being so simple to set up and in my opinion the next (Windows OS) for steaming TVs, the combination cannot be beat. The picture is great, speakers acceptable for a tv, and the size is perfect. The deep blacks are nice and sports are really good for a 120. I just wished it supported 5Ghz for the WiFi

Sharp replace the TV less than 6 months later it broke again. Now sharp and Hisense is telling me to goto hell. They wont replace a broken TV 2wice. Thanks for nothing.

Sharp technical service never answered me. It is unfortunate. I always used Sharp products and they were of great quality. I think that is not the case now.

I’m not picky when it comes to customer service but Best Buy is the absolute WORST. If you need to return something you are on your OWN.

It is still under warranty but no one will fix it this smart TV is anything but smart.if you do buy it buy their warranty .

You can't turn on the tv. It was mounted on the wall and taken good care of too. No reason it should have broke. Poor quality tv!
