Tv was great but only lasted three years. It died two days ago. Was bought in Jan 2019 and then one day just stopped on Oct. 2022. If you plan on purchasing this TV make sure you have an extended, extended warranty.

Has everything I need for a modern TV, all apps, 4K, and HDR (tested on YouTube). Great picture and sound... can’t be best for sub $400.

I’ve had the TV for about a month now, and no complaints. The price was right. I purchased the delivery, haul away and set up in addition to the TV. Best decision was using the geek squad. Having someone bring the TV to my second floor apartment and take my old tv and boxes with them was worth the additional cost to me. The guy was great, he hooked up the TV to cable, DVD, sound system and off he went. I’m at an age that paying for service and convenience is the way to go. I recommend the tv and the Geek Squad.

Great t. All around. I would deduct a star due to the lack of detailed menus. I.e. picture controls including brightness, contrast, hue. However, there is advanced settings via the Roku app, but it is just gamma settings, noise reduction, and color temp. When using external audio, if you don't want to use the TV speakers you have to mute the speakers.. no big deal. For the price, you can't beat it ..

We bought our smart tv thru Bestbuy.com. we love it. It's so big and not heavy at all. And we got it at a great price.

Only lasted a year + one month! Other than that… I enjoyed the simplicity, easy navigation, an abundance of apps to choose from, lightweight.

Got this TV on 4th of July sale for 350 with 2 years geek protection. Worth the buy!

TV manufactured on Oct 14th 2018. I purchased it on December 18th 2018. Not even 4 years old and the TV just stopped working. Was watching one day, screen went blank and no longer can I turn on the TV. Up to that point, it was a fair TV...decent picture, good sound.....but seriously should have lasted longer than it did.

Picked this up on a deal of the day. Very disappointed, even though screen is huge, refresh rate is awful. Even on an Xbox one games like Injustice 2 look flat as it takes a half second to clear up when game switches camera angles. DO NOT BUY, if this will be primary tv or used for gaming.

If your goal is to own a TV for a year (or less) and pay as little as possible, then this is the TV for you. Otherwise, steer clear of this TV (or any other Hisense/Sharp products). We bought this TV in February 2020, and it stopped working in January 2021. We are one of the few buyers that are still within warranty according to the reviews here, which means our TV couldn't even last a year?! I submitted a case with Hisense/Sharp on January 20th, and we will not have someone at our house to "fix" the TV (if this is even possible) until a minimum of February 5th (over two weeks). Even they can't fix it, we have to get rid of it ourselves. I have had to call Sharp almost every single day, because every representative has told me something different. If I hadn't already put some much effort into this, I would have just bought a different TV (which is obviously what they want you to do). Seriously, DO NOT buy this TV or any products from Sharp.

Worked great for 3 years, then stopped turning on suddenly.

This TV is a piece of junk. It lasted 3 years with minimal use and the LED backlight died. I used the energy saving low backlight mode and that is probably why I got 3 years out of it instead of 1.5 like most people report. Hisense is the Chinese maker of this model and I wouldn't buy another Sharp or Hisense no matter how cheap it is. Very disappointed that Best Buy even sells garbage like this. I will be shopping elsewhere for the replacement TV.

Excellent product and have endured the test of time.

I have had this TV for about 3 1/2 years now but we only used it occasionally because its our basement rec room tv. So I am sure that is the only reason it has lasted this long. This TV is junk. I have a red power light on it but nothing works. Tried resetting and still nothing. After reading other reviews on this I now know nothing will fix it. This is so upsetting because we cant afford to just go out and replace this TV.
