Bad TV

The picture is dull and does not pop at all. I'm very unhappy with this purchase. Now I have to return a 65 inch TV which is not easy. This TV model should not be sold.

Purchased on Cyber Monday 2018....

All of a sudden the apps on the tv were mysteriously deleting themselves. And then when I get home today and sit down in front of the tv out of nowhere horizontal lines from middle to the bottom show up on the tv and starting flashing on and off constantly. Of course this is exactly one month after the warranty has run out.
