Issues with loading smart apps

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had the Sharp TV for over a yea now and all of a sudden it has issues with loading smart apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime (never loaded), and YouTube. Seeing as it’s really the only thing I bought the TV for, it’s a frustration after only a year of owning. I have to restart the TV everyday by unplugging the power cord from the actual TV and that’s still no guarantee it will function correctly. The apps just continue to show the loading icon but never actually load.

It's black reproduction could be better. I really expected better from Sharp but didn't realize this is a Hisense with a Sharp label slapped on it.
