Or you buy something generic like this sharp tv just to have a 60” lcd tv. Yes you get what you pay for , especially in this case. Obviously any one that purchases this tv is expecting sub par picture quality, but what you wouldn’t anticipate is how much The operating system is terrible.

Bad Purchase

About two weeks ago, the TV started turning itself off randomly. I've done a bunch of troubleshooting. I've disconnected all external devices (Blu-Ray, Sound Bar, etc). I've reset to factory defaults. Still just shuts off randomly. Sometimes it's immediately after startup, sometimes it might last an hour or two. I did a Google search and didn't find much help. It might be the main circuit board, but from what I've ready it's cheaper to buy new than used. I would not recommend this product.

Legs flimsy, audio pops

The colors are blindingly bright out of box, yet the picture is so pixilated. We have 6 year old LGs (48 and 55 inch) that are SIGNIFICANTLY sharper than this model. Very disappointed to bring this thing home, set it up with our high def cable and 4K HDMI’s, only to have to take it all back apart and lug back to store. The picture is awful, folks, even blue rays looked grainy.
