Everything work perfectly fine except roku tv has no browser

I got this television last year, December but installed it in January of 2019. The TV is/was in our TV room which is not as used as the master living room, approx. 5 hours a week. The TV worked perfectly until yesterday, when I tried to turn it on and got the black screen of death. No signs or symptoms, it just died! The TV comes on, you can hear it, but you can't reset it nothing. Unfortunately I did not buy the extended warranty. I thought I bough a nice piece of equipment when I purchase a Sharp TV. I guess I was wrong!! I see online that many other customers experienced the same issues. A waste of 500 dollars... really

Good tv very hard to get connected to with cable remote had to call 4 times

I bought this item as a replacement for a 4 year old Vizio of the same size. I wanted to make the step up from 1080 to 2160(4K) and 60 to 120 hz refresh rate. I can say for the last couple days I have been thoroughly impressed. Not sure what the negative review from the other user is about, because the first thing I did was detect new channels from our antenna. During the review of the channels I came across a college football game (of my alma mater) and watched it for a few. Yeah... it was freakin awesome! Another cool feature the TV has is the ability to pause TV with the use of a pen drive plugged into the USB port. I hadn't saw this as a feature during my initial review of this TV, but is a very welcomed one. My kids have a nintendo switch that is plugged into the TV as well and this TV offers very rich color and a smooth refresh rate to compliment this console. It has earned brownie points with the kids. We may move our Xbox to this TV from another smaller 4K TV we bought it year. Lastly, I ran an amazon fire stick on our old TV since the "smart tv" features sucked on it. Not having any experience with a roku I was planning on purchasing a new fire stick for this guy, but in the last couple days of use I have actually enjoyed the use of the built in roku. I've all but abandoned the idea of adding the fire stick. Overall for a budget friendly TV, I have definitely been impressed. Don't hesitate on this purchase.

I would recommend this TV I would think that it would possibly be maybe a hundred dollars cheaper because the lack of features with it being a Roku TV you would think that it had more features and functions with it help you fall asleep faster don't get me wrong it's a nice TV thank you for your reading
