Not real Bluetooth
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the Hisense version of this TV has full Bluetooth, this Sharp/Roku requires you but Roku speakers and then limit Bluetooth to link to pc/ tablets, but not headsets. So don't buy it thinking you can listen with headphones. You can't! Otherwise, for $499 it's a good deal.

Excellent Price! Great TV!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this tv 2 weeks before black Friday for cheaper than anything I could find on black Friday. It had two right feet included in the box but Best Buy helped resolve the issue by giving us a free wall mount. Love the TV and the built-in Roku. Definitely recommend this TV. Only problem was the missing feet/can only use with a wall mount.

Not a good TV for the avid sports fans!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture on a show or a movie wasn't bad at all. It was not as good as my Sony, but still pretty darn decent! Then, we turned on a college football game and the picture was terrible. We then turned on a NBA game, and you could hardly make out their faces. We were SO shocked at how terrible it was. I honestly don't know if this has anything to do with the fact that we stream TV on the Direct TV now APP and HULU Live, but it was honestly awful. It doesn't make sense either considering the refresh rate is 120 like many other brands. If you are the type of person who only watches standard shows and movies, this is an excellent TV for you at a great price! If you watch a decent amount of sports, you may want to think twice about this TV and pay a little more to upgrade! Bottom line, we got this TV yesterday and will be returning it tomorrow.

Good bargain, but not an HDR TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for $450, brought it home and set it up. As a bargain basement 65", I know to limit my expectations. Initially I was pleased - I love the Roku interface and for the money the picture was pretty good. The problem is the idea that this is an HDR TV. It's not. It's "HDR Compatible" which is about as deceiving as you can get. You can Google for specifics, but basically "HDR Compatible" means the TV can play HDR content, but the panel can't display it in HDR. It's like being sold a "stereo" radio with one speaker. Sure the radio receives a stereo signal, but you're hearing it in mono. To me it's false advertising and it's not just Best Buy, it's lots of retail outlets. Also, the specifications say it has Bluetooth but when I tried to access that function, it says that I have to buy a Roku Speaker to use Bluetooth - also deceiving.

Died After 4 Months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV seemed to be fair for the price and had the Roku built in which was a perk. Went to bed on a Saturday evening after watching a movie with no issue, woke up Sunday morning to the turn the TV on and it wouldn't power on. No red light displayed as usual, it wouldn't do anything. Tried different plugs, checking all the cables, the usual stuff, and no luck. Completely dead. I bought it on November 10, 2018 and it quit on March 17th, 2019. $500 sitting on my wall. Fortunately I am within the 1 year warranty but the product itself is clearly junk. It's labeled as a Sharp product, but is actually made by Hi-Sense. My old TV is still kickin 10 years later.

Decent for the Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only paid $400 for this TV so I can't complain too much. It's a nice TV. The picture is good but don't think you are getting superior 4K quality. I watched some 4K Netflix and it wasn't much different than the non 4K. But for the price, it's a nice, big TV.

Mixed experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my first 65 inch TV and picture quality I found very good. I saw small issue at the edge of screen and when I went to store to check other pieces all were having same issue. If you are getting in a best deal then you should go for it.

Great product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this TV for 2.5 years and it’s still going strong. Never had an issue with it and clarity is perfect. I will continue with this brand in the future. Well worth the price

Value for money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about Sharp but I’m really happy with this purchase. I just have one problem of using ARC with my Sony 7.2 Receiver. I still need to contact support to figure this out.

Not up to the mark
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV as I thought this was a great bargain. I was a happy customer of a Sharp 46 inch LED TV that I bought 10 years ago, which I was planning to replace for my bedroom. But I am definitely not happy with this purchase. The problems I noticed are two fold: 1. The TV does not work well when there is ambient light. This is especially so if the TV is positioned against windows even with blinds closed. But at night with no light, the picture is good. 2. Light from the LED screen escapes from everywhere. I cannot imagine how the screen will look like after a couple of years. So this is definitely not a keeper. Going to return asap!

Junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this TV just a couple weeks ago and everything was just great. Then one day it wasn't connected to the wifi. Weird but whatever so I tried to reconnect to my wifi network only to be displayed a message saying that my MAC address is all zeros and that there are networks available. First off MAC address being all zeros was odd to me but it not being able to find any networks in my area didn't make sense to me at all. Did a little digging and saw a few people online with similar issues with roku smart tvs not locating wifi networks and that it is an issue with the faulty wifi cards in these tvs. So i went to best buy to tell them the issue and they were great and sent me a replacement and took the old one away. Problem is as soon as I had it hung on the wall again and was going through the steps to set the tv up I got the same message again! Brand new out of the box and the replacement tv is broken. So if you ask me these are pure junk. No reason for two brand new tvs to be broken.

it works no problems but not great picture quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i got it for only $400 so i guess i can't complain but i definitely wouldn't pay more than $400 for it, i'd go ahead and spend $200 more on a samsung or LG if you have $200 more but i don't. the picture quality isn't fantastic and it looks kinda washed out with no depth.
