Our centuries-old (about 30 years) microwave's "keyboard" decided to act on its own. Numbers would pop up, like 6666 or 3333 and couldn't be cleared. So we bought this Sharp and it is working perfectly. One small defect has shown up in the timer display. Key in 88:88, the first 8 doesn't have the segment for the lower right side. Everything else is great. It also means that one in 10:00, only the upper segment lights up.

Older, larger unit "died"; chose this Sharp which gives me more counter space. Easy to use; like the 30 second option and other programmed selections.

Bought this microwave since my old one just died and needed a new one quickly. Easy to set up. I experienced no problems so far. Heats foods very quick compared to my old one which is similar in specifications. The issues that I have is that it does not light up when the door is open making hard to see inside if it needs cleaning and in order to manually set a time you have to push an extra button. Other than those small issues, it does a good job.

It's an amazing microwave wish it was blue but amazing power support reliability for fast big or small meals.

Perfect size for small household. Had previous Sharp microwave for 18 years- this was a prime reason for buying this brand.

Easy to use menu. Easy set-up. Originally I was going to get another brand but this had better wattage for the price.

Heats food quickly. Only complaint is that when u open the door there is no light. Overall will recommend!
