After about 3 weeks, would shutdown when heating anything longer than 2 minutes. Would have to let it cool down before it would power up again. I am sure a unit to fail this soon is not representative of Sharp products. Returned in to Best Buy for an in-store credit. Nice Microwave but was defective from the factory. If not defective, I would have rated it a 4.

Had to use alternate payment and call the card company to unlock the card after.
