Sharp replaced it but I had to dispose of the old one at a drop off site. This machine is now making the same alarming noises s the first one so I do not expect it to last much longer. I do not think I will bother again with a replacement as the machine appears to be of poor quality so I am out the money and will need to find a different oven.

Defective out of the box

Upon using it for the first time, there was an incredibly loud "zapping" noise that was present during operation and sounded very unsafe. The metal casing also vibrated very loudly. Upon visual inspection it also appeared that the unit had several missing / loose screws. Immediately returned it - Sharp QC obviously is lacking and this thing just screamed "fire hazard."
