This microwave was a good product during the less than a year that I had it.

Do Not buy! Bought the Microware June2020... electrical issues on October 2020 and I can't return it or receive a refund.

Not a good microwave, it went out on me after purchase

Owned this microwave for 7 months. It now randomly sparks inside when in use. Contacting the manufacturer for replacement.

this was the third sharp microwave in three months good thing i bought the warranty

Tried to cancel the order but wasn't allowed to so I refused the delivery.

We have had this less than a month and it is fried.

After 3 months started to make loud noises and was afraid to use it

The 2 & 7 keypad buttons didn't work. Nope no workie!

After reading some of the negative reviews of this oven I was a bit hesitant to purchase it. But after reading the manual on Sharp's website I realized those reviews were made by buyers who probably hadn't bothered to read the manual. This oven can cook for a specified number of seconds (10, 20, 30, 40 etc) if you push the "Time Cook" button first. If you press a number first, it will cook for that number of minutes. I find this very convenient because I often heat water for tea and just press the "1" key for 1 minute of cooking. Also the manual states that the light DOES NOT come on when you open the door; it's only on when the oven is cooking. That is a bit strange but not a deal killer for me. One feature to note: when you use the Power Levels, the oven cooks at low levels by powering on and off, not by reducing the cooking heat. So you can't really cook something for a few seconds at a low level very effectively. I have been using this oven every day for the past two weeks and I'm very happy with it. This is my third Sharp Carousel. My first lasted 16 years! My second lasted 11. Hopefully this will last at least 10.

Like the color -- the same as my old microwave. Love the size -- fits in just fine. Wouldn't have space for a larger one. Hs been working just great.

I've only had it for about a month and frankly haven't used it that much yet, but so far, so good. Check back with me in 3 or 4 years for a more accurate review of this item. It's powerful enough and just large enough for most things I would need it to do, but it is slightly less powerful and smaller inside than the one it replaces, though outside dimensions are nearly identical.

I purchased this smallish sized countertop microwave for my mother, who didn’t want a large or medium sized microwave, but not a tiny one, either. She is elderly and disabled, and the larger numbers and letters on the buttons really help her to see what’s on the operation panel more easily, thereby making it more user friendly. Just what she needed!

Easy to use. Lightweight body makes it easy to position. Great value. Ideal no frills ivenwith all you really need.

While we have loved this microwave, it did only last us 5 years.. although we use it several times daily.. and now it is not working at full power, so taking much longer to heat items. That being said, we will buy another Sharp micro.

Had to order two of these. The button to open the door on the first microwave we received didn't work so we had to return. The second one they sent worked thankfully and is very nice. I only gave it four stars because of what happened with the first microwave.
