We had a Sharp Microwave for many years of good service. When it was time to purchase another Microwave, we decided to purchase another Sharp, hoping the Brand was still good. So far we are very pleased with our new one. Good features and nice clean look!

I purchased this Sharp microwave at the out-of-box highest price. It was tightly wrapped in plastic so I didn't check inside for the turning plate. Sure enough, it was missing. The store manager made good on a deal to buy one. Also, the Power Level button doesn't work. I needed a new microwave quickly and drove 200 miles round trip to Rocklin to pick it up because the size and white color fit my kitchen. If you buy any out-of-the-box item unwrap it in the store and test everything.

Interior light does NOT come when door is opened, only when door is closed and oven is operating. Key pads hard to read unless in a good light. Potato auto. cook setting sensor is programed to cook a single potato 6 min. !!! !! Unless you are cooking a jumbo size Idaho potato , the feature is useless. Haven't used other presets so don't know how they would do. Things you don't find out until you get the product home and use it !

Very nice. Performs well and as expected for the couple of months we’ve had it.

I love my new white microware. It is working just fine particularly for seniors.

I replaced a Sharp-Carousel I had had for several years. I love the upgrades that have been made. I especially like the express keys. When I hit them, the microwave automatically starts. The microwave fits comfortably on the counter and has a nice sleek look. It has the same wattage as the microwave I was replacing but seems to cook more efficiently.

My mom loved it. Gears up food well and no problems.

Good quality, easy to use. Worth for the amount I paid.

I owned a full sized Sharp Carousel microwave oven for 30 years and it was great. I purchased a better model than this to replace that microwave but it had a big dent in the bottom which I had not seen when I picked up my online purchase at the store so it had to be returned. When I brought it back to the store they did not have my model in stock so I wound up buying this cheaper model instead. I have hated it from the first time I plugged it in. It is cheap, lightweight, excessively noisy and doesn't work well all the time. I took the Geek Squad two year warranty but being partially disabled the thought of having to tote this machine back to the store is overwhelming. I still have 1.5 years on that. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

I only have owned product for a few weeks, and so far so good. All items are working, timer is great…+30 se item works awesome….the “1” or “2” etc. for speed cooking are excellent and the light inside is on when you open the door, is on when you are cooking…great buy!!!!

Just what I wanted to replace an older unit. However I was disappointed there is no "second timer" feature. What I mean is you can't just press 5 for 5 seconds. Five is for 5 minutes. There's a 30-second button, but all other numbers are for full minutes

Purchased Nov 8, 2019. Quite heating June 8, 2020 even though turntable spins as usual. I missed an interior light when the door was open for cleaning. Inflexible time controls....minimum 30 second key is too long. Need 4 keys (Timed cook, 1, 0, Start) to soften butter or a lemon for 10 seconds. Turntable spindle a major nuisance---too easy to knock it off the spindle when placing or removing heavy dishes. Glad it died today....I'm trying a different brand and have given up on a white finish Our previous Sharp lasted 9 years.

We're really enjoying this microwave. It feels well built, not cheaply made. The only thing we miss from our previous microwave is a 30-second function/button. Very pleased with our purchase. It was a great value!

Our last Sharp microwave lasted 20 years and was still working when we moved (left it in the old house for the new owners). We bought a new one expecting the same kind of quality. . . I liked the simplicity of design, ease of use and power until it quit after about seven months of light use. My husband did not want the hassle of trying to get it repaired, so we donated it to charity. We replaced it with a less expensive brand.

Our new Sharp Carousel Microwave replaced our previous one - same size, model, everything - which died after many years of faithful service... Enough said, I think!

Excellent microwave. Prior one worked well for many years. So glad they still make this model. Timer functions are great and the unit is solid. Highly recommend

Works great. Never had a problem with it. Only upgraded away from it because I got a set of black stainless steel appliances.
