The big grab handle to open the door, the gray interior, the bright blue clock-light -- all positive features -- all the friends and family who see and use this when visiting say they like it, too.

The door handle vs the push button door opener is much easier to use & will out last the push button opener.

Nightmare for no Reason

Return was (have not finished yet) a nightmare. I spent many hours on the phone to try to straighten this out. Need everyone to WORK AT OFFICE so you can speak to supervisors.

I noticed the selection of countertop models seems to have shrunk. But the bottom line--so far it's working fine.
