It takes longer to heat things up. I love the handle because my last two had the push button opening for the door and both broke so I wanted one with a handle this time. It’s nice to look at and it seems sturdy. Just wish the power was better.

We bought this to have a back-up in case we lose power at the house. Not easy running a built-in microwave off a generator. This little unit works great, does not take up a lot of space, and is reliable.

I wish you could enter the time for exact minutes. This microwave only has select cook time however it does have the 30 second timer. Also, the clock color is a super bright blue which I don't like. If I had known the clock was going to be so bright I would not have bought the microwave. Other than that it works well for as much as I use it for.

Posted .Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. On this model, buttons 1-6 are express cook, meaning once selected the microwave will run for that number of minutes. To enter seconds on this model you will be required to use the time cook feature. The steps are Press Time cook, enter the cooking time, press the power level button which you will see PL10, meaning it will run on power level 100. After which you can then press start.
