It's nice looking and cooks well but, it will not pop pop corn kernels out of a jar, ( in the glass coffee pot type). I'm glad I didn't cut the oul cord off, and put the old one out with the trash. If you want pop corn you have to buy the more expensive microwave types in bags.

Good microwave...but

I did get the extended warranty on it so we’ll see if that’s covered. It had to be ordered since they didn’t carry it in the store and it took a lot longer that it was supposed to but other than that it’s a good microwave that does it’s job.

Microwave door handle covering broke loose.

Plastic pieces fell down. Past return date I grabbed the plastic piece and sharp edge of plastic or metal handle cut my finger and blood appeared. Incision about 1/8" in length. I taped the plastic covering back onto the handle. Would not buy this model again.
