But two months after received the microwave the glass tray cracked. I did not drop it. Chicken soup over flowed and it cracked. Contacted Sharp. Glass not warranted claims glass turn table is an accessory. Did not have replacement in stock plus cost 39.00 plus shipping. But can not get one from them. I was given phone number to see if parts company has the part. This has soured my opinion of sharp. I wish I had kept my old turn table which was perfect for 10 years. Advise others to do that.
