Less than one month old and Have to bring it back

I got warrantee / geek ins too . It Had all the right things .... though the pad is Hard to read And after only 28 days , Have to bring it back to the store because it turns itself off after working about seven minutes on. It stays off 10 minutes and turns back on again. Making oatmeal should be easier . Very very disappointed My last microwave lasted 20 years .. Choose another microwave

We had this same model for 25 years so with that track record and ease of use and transition to a new microwave, we chose this one. It wasn’t in stock in our local store so we ordered it online to be delivered to home. The box arrived and it was damaged. We took it out and checked for damage. None. So far so good. Our set up requires us to go thru hoops to get it hooked up. Perfect, done. Took the tape off the door and what do you know, it won’t stay latched. One of the feet was missing so it wobbled. So much for thinking things are made like they used to be. I wouldn’t recommend this one at all.

I hate hate hate that the interior light does not come on when the door is opened. The last Sharp I had I could see the keypad clearly without turning on the kitchen lights. It's also going to be much harder to clean the interior with out the interior light. I would return it but cant since missed the 2 week window at Best buy, thought I had 30 days. Im stuck with it.
