Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Girlfriend was heating up water in it and she heard a loud pop. It died, have to return it. Fortunately I am well within my return period and Best Buy said they will give me a new one. Will update this if things goes better with the replacement.

Posted .Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience and we will be more than happy to assist. In order to enter seconds microwave you must first disable the express cook feature. In order to do so simply select the 'power level' button, after which you can go ahead and enter the cooking time and press start.
