Sharp microwave fit exactly where the old Sharp (discontinued) model sat. It works very well and cooks much better then the old model.

When I unboxed this item it had scratches on the top and a dent in the door. It operates ok so far. I called customer service and they said only the store could help me but that they couldn't connect me to them. Wish I had ordered from Amazon instead.

I was sent a detective open box item. Sadly, i purchased the microwave for my kitchen that was being renovated. So i didnt find out the motherboard was fried until after the return period expired. So i now have a $200 paperweight disguised as a microwave. Buyer beware.

Bought it on 12/15/20 and on 2/6/21 it just stopped working and unfortunately not its returnable per their return policy ..so it basiyonly lasted me 52days.im stuck dont know what to do

I have previously owned a Sharp Carousel and have always liked the features. My old one was 20 years old and still worked, but started sounding a bit rough. It still heated the food to perfection and nothing changed, but I didn't want to wait until it didn't work to buy a new one. This one has better features than the old one and was just a bit larger. Larger microwaves are hard to find, but I have a custom cabinet where a counter top microwave can sit. This one was on back order, but I'm glad I waited until one was in stock! It is everything my previous Sharp Carousel was and more. This is perfect if you are looking for a larger microwave with many features, especially if you do a lot of cooking.

Great size microwave. Wish it had a little more noise dampening as it sounds kinda hollow. Works great and cooks fast. Buttons are easy to use. Still trying to get use to the present timer buttons. Use to just entering the time I want and it now requires pressing another button. Overall I have been satisfied with this microwave.

Great microwave oven at a reasonable price. Very large inside dimensions that will fit a greater variety of items. With 1200 watts of power it cooks or thaws food quicker and more efficiently than a smaller unit. The only negative is the control panel doesn’t light up and it’s hard to see the many functions available. This unit was $40.00 less than a comparable oven of this size and power. I’ve always been pleased with the Sharp brand so I gave it a shot. I’m glad I did.

This is a 2.2 cu ft. unit, so it will exhibit a larger footprint than most of the other countertop microwave units out there. However, for my purposes, this unit is just the right size. The unit is much lighter in weight than you'd probably expect from a unit of this size. It works great; so far, however....however, I HAVE NOT had good results with the newer units. The first Sharp Carousel I had lasted roughly twenty years. Its replacement lasted not quite a year when the Megatron unit went out. The microwave worked great, it just didn't cook anything. Sharp replaced this unit, no questions asked. The unit that replaced this unit lasted just beyond the warranty period when the keypad went out and nothing worked; I purchased this unit to replace that unit. I love the size of the Sharp and how well it works when it stays functional. I now purchase the extended warranty for the maximum length of time I can, just to have insurance in case I need to replace this unit in the coming months or years. I would have given five stars except for the lack of confidence I have in the unit's life expectancy.

It is HUGE...I was not truly prepared for how big it was lol. It is a very nice looking appliance and it is very easy to use. The automatic settings are printed inside the door for ease of use...it heats things up and makes popcorn perfectly which is basically what I use it for, I have defrosted a few things and it has done a better job than other microwaves I have had in the past. I am very pleased with my purchase.

When my other Sharp Carousel stopped working, I wanted to replace it with another larger one. This microwave certainly meets that requirement. I like the one touch settings for 1 through 6 minutes and I have used this feature frequently especially for cooking bacon. One improvement would be to illuminate the touch buttons so they can be seen in low light situations. Other than that, this microwave is perfect for my needs!

This one is big, but it has all the bells and whistles for a good price, in addition it looks great and adds a nice touch to the kitchen. One thing I like especially is it doesn't get dirty, hardly ever, awesome! Just wish it was a left handed door....no ones fault, just my preference based on my house. You need to buy this while you can, a super deal at their price.

The last sharp microwave we had died. It lasted 20 years. So I decided to go with the same brand as my last one. The microwave works great it is a little bigger than the last one and more power-full such is good. The only thing I didn’t like is that it is very noisy when it is running my last one was quieter. Other than it being noisy when running a good product so far.

This is my 3rd Sharp over a 25 year span. I love the size and the power. Sensor cooking is great for reheating foods. Cooking potatoes is a breeze. Make sure to check the size though to make enough counter space. This was replacing my older model that stopped working so I had space. Would recommend especially to those that love steam in the bag veggies. Perfect everytime.

This microwave is great! It takes up less space than our old one, is easier to open, and has lots of built-in 'cooking' programs. The only thing I would change is the front panel where the control buttons are should light up so us 'old folks' can read the numbers, etc. without using a flashlight.

We have owned and used this microwave for about 7 weeks. This microwave looks like a high-end one and functions even better than another we were considering at twice the price. We use this microwave several times a day, every day, and it has turned out to be one of our best purchases. Works great and a great price.

I am really impressed with this Sharp Carousel microwave oven. It was carefully packed to avoid any damage. The booklet that comes with it is very helpful in setting everything up and understanding the various options. It works very well on everything that I have tried. If I were to pick one button that I did not think was that special and yet has become my favorite, it is the 30 sec. button. Just press it once and it heats for 30 sec. If you want 1 minute, just hit that button twice. For 90 sec., hit it 3 times. You can stop the microwave at any time to get in-between amounts. The oven looks great and is easy to clean. I was also impressed with the delivery. I ordered the microwave on a Thursday and it came on Saturday. I got notices periodically of the status of the delivery.

I've had this for a week now and am very satisfied. I replaced a 15-year old Sharp microwave of similar size and power with this one. This is the third Sharp microwave that I've had over a 25 year period. They perform well and last a long time, in my experience. I haven't found any major drawbacks in this new model. The one touch controls are a nice feature that earlier models didn't have. I like the loud beeping that signals end of cycle. Everything I have cooked in this new microwave has turned out just right. I don't use the programmed sensor cooking features yet. I prefer to set my own controls. My only suggestions for improvement are: 1) The markings on the touch panel are dark gray on black and fairly small. I have to bend over close to be able to make out the controls. Better contrast would be nice. 2) The stainless steel facing on the front of the unit show every fingerprint and cannot be kept clean. Change this.

This microwave is really a great size for a fair size family though my family is only 3. It is very spacious inside and easy to clean. It was also very simple to operate which I did before I read the handbook that came with it. However after reading the handbook I was very impressed at how easy it was to understand and follow their instructions. I know so much more now what my microwave is capable of performing. One of my concerns was was how even heating my meals were unlike so many other microwaves. A beautiful stainless steel model/machine for the kitchen and of terrific value. I am definitely a Sharp fan after 2 LG microwave failures within a year.

we bought this to replace a kenmore the same size. i shopped online and found this one to have most features for price. has many 1 touch settings, all the power we wanted and is quiet. have no complaints so for.

Exactly what I needed! Perfect size, price and performance. It is replacing almost the same Sharp model that lasted me almost 20 years until the door latch wore out. I highly recommend the brand Sharp. Best Buy is the place to go for appliances.
