My Kenmore lasted for 12 years before it finally gave out. The Sharp has far less features than my Kenmore which I really miss! I had no choice in my purchase as Best Buy had only this microwave in the size that I needed. We work with what we must!!!

Now I have to deal with the manufacturer warranty. I didn't buy extended warranty. Also, it should have had a handle. The front smears constantly.
