    Pretty Unique Toaster Oven

The steam feature keeps things moist, almost too moist at times. The two pans it comes with are a crisper with holes in the bottom (think pizza, toast, etc) and a regular pan. Both are shallow and when cooking a large amount of chicken thighs for instance, juices will buildup and might even overflow the pan. I found that you need to cook longer than the suggestions on the cookbook, things weren't finishing or getting warm enough, crisp enough. The other feature that seems strange is you can't turn on the light inside manually. It is on when cooking, and off at all other times, i.e. when you open the door the light stays off. It would be nice to have the light on for cleaning at least. Another thing, it suggests when you are done for the day, to bake at 485 degrees for 20 minutes with oven empty and water reservoir removed to clean out the water in the tube. Another thing, I watched a promotional youtube video for this item, where they used both trays at once, but in the manual it explicitly tells you to NOT use both trays at once. All in all, it is an interesting counter oven, makes great pizza and dishes and DEFINITELY keeps things from drying out.

I absolutely love this.... it’s easy to use and food comes out delicious every time. You don’t need to pre heat so it saves time. I made a cake and it was so delicious. This is a purchase you won’t regret, I would buy it again.

This is built really well. From the moment we unpacked it we could tell it was made with quality parts. Very sturdy. The trays inside are heavy duty. The dial and display on the front are great. I have 2 areas that I am not impressed with - it is a small interior... well short (not very tall)... so you can cook things like toast and pizza, things that are relatively flat. If you wanted to cook a ham or chicken it would be tough. - it takes basically as long to cook in this as it does a regular oven. We cooked egg cups and it took 25 min on 350 degrees. I have an air fryer too and it took 10 min on 325 degrees. Overall it is built really well and if you have certain items you want to cook in it then you will be fine and I would recommend it. it is not as versatile or can't handle taller foods which limits how much we use it with out family. I was impressed with the quality and wish it could hold larger foods.

Love this oven. Very efficient and quick. Good control and size. Use it almost daily. Superheated steam works extremely well. Highly recommended!

Got the protection plan (dont worry i dont work for best buy) one day just wouldn't turn on, making toast! GFCI breaker fine, circuit breaker fine, tried my microwave same outlet, thing is toast. Got a Breville instead. Oh toast takes like 7-10 minutes, its too slow. It might be good for somethings, but doesn't beat a nice solid bar toaster oven, with the giant glow bars on the top and bottom
