Having not seen this at the theater, I was afraid that this movie might be too silly for my liking. Yes, it was a little silly, but in a good way. I actually enjoyed it a lot more than I expected. Visually the 4K UHD image was beautiful, and the sound was excellent.

Once again we have superheroes displayed beautifully in 4K. Just like Wonder Woman, Thor, Doc Strange, Spider-Man, the 4K superhero onslaught doesn’t falter with Shazam!. Looks better than at the theater, and so fun to watch. Enjoy this purchase, it’s worth it!

Although the movie seemed a little hokey and at times, silly; keeping in mind that Shazam!! was never all that serious a character, it was a decent film and if they could make the Shazam!! character more serious, could even be a good tie in with Justice league films.

Shazam caught me off guard to be honest, I went in next expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. While the villain could have benefited from more development overall, it was very entertaining and I recommend this. It’s family friendly and everyone will enjoy it.

I do like all of the Super Hero movies that have come out sense "Blade". This is another one of those movies which is rather cute to watch, because of the plot of it. I recommend this movie for the Family to watch on movie night. It is not overly violent, nor gross.

Shazam! exceeded expectations I had going into watching the movie. The story was derivative of DC'S New 52 Shazam run, and the casting was phenomenal: Zachary Levi was spot on as Shazam. Audio and picture were superb, though not reference material. That said, Atmos was lively and the mix was especially enjoyable on the action sequences.

This is a very entertaining adaptation of the Golden Age superhero Captain Marvel (renamed due to long legal complications) that is sharp, funny and character-driven. Take care watching with kids, however. In updating the origin of the boy hero, some darker topics come into play. And when it comes to the villains, things get downright scary.

Shazam! is not a movie I expected to enjoy from the previews. However, underneath the goofy action lies a deeper story about family, that we are born with vs those we choose. It also bring hope that Warner Bros. will be able to keep up the momentum of quality entries into their movie universe with more movies no one expected to be so good.

Can’t lie I was doubting Shazam before it came out but after seeing it 3 times in theaters it’s a fun packed ride Zachary Levi is great as Shazam fills all the comedic parts and love the 7 deadly sins with Thad Silvana can’t wait for part 2 . It’s a must buy in 4k.

I'm not a big fan of Zachary Levi. When I heard about this movie, I was not interested. However, all my friends said it was good. So I gave a shot. I got to admit, I did enjoy it. My option, Zachary did a good job. Very impressed. I'm still a Deadpool fan though.

Love the energy enthusiasm and overall tone of the movie. I feel that it captures the spirit of the Shazam’s character. Levy really brings out both sides if the character and I really feel that overall all actors did well. It’s truly a fun movie and underrated.

This movie surprised me. The trailer made it seem like it would just be kind of silly but there was actually a lot of dark side to the story as well. Over all the 3D was done well and it wad a good story with good 3D. I would recommend this one to others for sure.

I absolutely loved this movie. One of the characters was bullied in the movie and the child who came to his rescue was Billy who then became the super hero. I love this message especially with so many children suffering from bullying in the local schools.

Good mix of funny and action with some decent life lessons on home and family thrown in. The movie has decent special effects but didn't rely on them like some other superhero movies. The story stayed pretty much on track and I felt is a good addition to the DC Universe. Makes me want to go watch the old Shazam shows I watched as a kid.

Excellent movie. In addition to the great 4K picture quality and Dolby ATMOS surround sound, the origin story was very entertaining. The cast is what made the movie and Zachary Levi was perfect as the lead character. Great family movie and highly entertaining!

Just when people thought dc was done they came with one of their best movies to date can wait to see how Shawn plays out in the DCU great humor in the movie It felt Marvel like definitely worth buying in 4k if u have that technology and I love the steelbook

This is a one of the more truly entertaining DC movies. It's the super hero movie that you don't have to take so serious. The movie and the current comic are very similar unlike other comic movies. I recommend this just because it's a simple popcorn movie.

A thoroughly gripping story, campy at times but deliberately so. The movie is fun, exciting, sad, gripping, and highly entertaining at all times. It all works well and we cannot wait for the sequel!

Shazam delivers a really funny and at times action-packed movie although a few parts could be improved upon. The movie is really funny, maybe not quite on the same pedestal as Daredevil, but not that far off either. I recommend this. I'll definitely own it. When this movie is great, it's great. Just expect some dips here and there.

Along with being an excellent movie, to watch, the packaging of the finished product that is this Blu-ray is exceptional. I truly enjoy the fact that it comes with a DVD and the online redemption code that can be used with either iTunes or the Movies app.
