Prior to the announcement for the movie's release, I'd never heard of the character. The film was such a great introduction to the super hero it made me eager to the sequel. Took me off guard like Guardians of the Galaxy.

I've been a big fan of 3D movies for years. With all the ones that come out in 3D in theaters, it's sad the home releases are so difficult to find. Thanks to Best Buy for still getting many of them in upon their release.

This movie has a lot of heart. I went in with an open mind not really expecting to much from this flick. Seeing DC's track record. Boy was I wrong. This movie is GREAT!!! It has a really good origin story and great action. Check this movie out trust me your going to like it!!! SHAZAM!!!

DC seems to have lost it's identity since the Dark Knight films. They don't seem to know sure if all their movies should be dark or funny and have been failing. This movie struck the right tone and was genuinely funny.

I grew up with this comic book character when he was still called Captain Marvel. It is a light hearted movie with a lot of fun and pretty much as it was in the comics except in modern times. I loved the surprise ending.

This is such a great and wholesome superhero movie that is a nice foray into the DC-EU without feeling like you need to do homework beforehand. The steelbook looks great and there are a ton of awesome special features.

Good flick with plenty of action and the picture and sound is an immersive experience. Added an adhesive disc hub to hold the 3d version in the 4k Steelbook version which makes for a great combo set. Keep'em com'in BestBuy!

This movie shocked me on how much fun it was. I'm getting really tired of the comic book movies, but this one made me have fun watching it. I would recommend it if you're getting that stale feeling from these movies.

There's not much to say about "Shazam!" It's fun and worthy of a second watch with a friend or family member who hasn't seen it. My wife and I got some good laughs out of it. The villain is incredibly generic and the plot is without surprise. I hope a sequel offers more complexity.

This movie exceeded all of my expectations! Great humor and there’s a heart that makes the movie endearing. Amazing special effects and a great addition to the DC universe. The steelbook design could’ve been better tho

Next to Wonder Woman, this is my new favorite DC film. It truly is a lot of fun. Plus, it looks very good on the 4K format. And the Dolby Atmos track was immersive and delivered a full experience. Highly recommended.

Shazam was a good movie with a lot of action scenes although the story line was a little more drawn out then it should of been. This is one of those great Saturday afternoon movies that you can watch with the family.

DC has not had much to impress comic book nerds. This one was far beyond what you would expect from a character outside the trinity. Kid friendly and enough adult reference to make this crusty old timer laugh. Shazam!

This is definitely one of the best super hero offerings from DC. The movie has good actors who do a good job in their respective roles. Not a ton of action but quite a few laughs, I definitely recommend this movie.

Most of the DCEU has been disappointing aside Man of Steel, but Shazam! is awesome. It’s funny and action packed, it’s very well written and directed. My boys and I can’t wait to see where they take the franchise.

Not exactly how I remember Shazam but then again I never read the original story just remember the Saturday morning cartoons. This was a fun movie. Some good laughs and human characters. My wife and I enjoyed it.

I was laughing the whole time watching this movie. This is the first ever super hero movie that I've watched that is straight up hilarious and I really enjoyed it. With regards to its presentation, picture quality looks great and the sound is awesome! A demo worthy disc for sure!

First off, kudos to Best Buy for stocking the 3D version of movies such as this one. It's great to get the choice of watching 2D or 3D (both versions are included) as desired. The movie itself is filled with humor, action, and a nice story about finding your place in the world.

I skipped this movie in the theater but picked it up on release. It is one of the better DC movies in my opinion. It has their slightly campy quality but don’t overdo that aspect. Good story and terrific acting.
