It is really frustrated that she cards are not working. Problem with activation.

DO NOT BUY gift cards from Best Buy. I spent way too much time between customer service and the multiple other numbers they give you to try and activate a physical card that should have been activated when I received it in the mail. Customer service does nothing to try to resolve the issue, instead, they send you to their 3rd partner who handles gift cards. To this day, I have yet to get a refund, do not buy!!!!

This is a great way to buy gifts for others especially Fathers Day comming up. Delivery is quick and Best Buy employees arec always professional and courteous . Thank you for all your customer Service .

The gift cards came with 0 balance. There is no information about it when you buy it.

Bought this card while on sale. Shell fuel seems to run better/longer in my vehicle. When linked to there rewards program this allows for cheap fillups with the rising fuel prices

DO NOT BUY. What an absolutely miserable experience. They sent 3 unactivated cards that were useless and which were given out as gifts. I then had waste time checking the balances, waste time calling Shell to find that Best Buy never activated them, waste time chatting with Best Buy Support and waste time calling Best Buy Support when the chat couldn't help. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY these cards.

New Shell gas stations are opening up around me. I purchased these gift cards because my husband was afraid we might have another gas shortage and long lines. We have to drive several miles to our current gas station.

Do not buy gift cards from Best Buy, you have to fight to get them activated, bought 3 Shell $50 gift card and they were ship to us, went to use them and they were not activated and I called Best Buy and they said I need to call Shell, I bought them from Best Buy, so I just lost my money, will not buy gift cards from every again.

I purchased 2 cards at a discount price of $45. I received them on time but neither card was ativated prior to shipping. I went to the local Best Buy and the store manager refunded the cost of one of the cards through customer support. After two weeks I had to call customer service myself to get refunded for the second card.

I use Shelll gas. Having this card saves me from having ro worry when cash flow is low, also fraud entrapments.

I got it for $45. 10% off. Used Shell App and registered for additional promotions from the app. I saved additional money per gallon at the pump. Nice!!!

I got a pretty decent discount on this card, which made a $50 purchase of gas end up being less money out of my account. What's not to like?
