Moving and wanted gas cards so I would not be using my cards during our venture. Great option, it would probably make a wonderful gift. Who doesn’t need gas and who doesn’t want to pay?! Give the gift of gas! Can help that single mom you know, graduate, broke college student or the little old neighbor lady next door. Recommended.

very convenient gas card, easy to buy, hope BB would accept BB gift cards to buy this gas card, but not. I like that they have $25, $50 denomination options to buy. After buying online, in less that 1hr was ready to be picked up at the store.

Bought two online planned to save my time traveling to the local store. Received them on time which is good; however, one of them was DOA with several cuts on the surface of the card. Went to the local store for an exchange and was told basically "None of our business and call Shell" as it's a "gift". Even worse, when I checked the balance, it turned out to be not activated yet! Fortunately, the online representative was kind to help me reshipping another one. Make sure you check your cards if you ordered online, and also don't forget to check the balance!

Just opened my gift cards. These are gifts. Not sure why someone would tear the holder, tape it back together and send it to me. I’m embarrassed to even give this to someone. Take pride in the products you ship to your customers. I won’t order anymore online gift cards. I spend so much money on gift cards during the year so I can give them out for Christmas. ☹️

I bought three gift cards nd when I try to use the last one it says that was not activated and then I went to the store in Miami to ask and they didn’t believe me at all saying that is imposible they sold cards without activation and I have my receipts from the gastation that card it’s not activated so I don’t know what to do know since I have to pay for sometí couldn’t use. Disappointed

Fedex delivered to wrong address and the driver admitted that to me and the delivery pic proves this and yet Best buy will not resend or refund my money. Horrible customer service!!

I don’t suggest that anyone order physical gift cards to be shipped to your house from anywhere! NEVER! I ordered 3 Shell gift cards to use on vacation instead of taking so much cash but when the bubble package arrived to my house it was completely empty. The back of the package had been cut along the seam and the package was empty. I called Best Buy to try to cancel the cards but they had already been used. I had to file a claim with FedEx which is still not resolved. Save your money or go digital! It was not Best Buy at fault but it still sucks that I paid for gasoline for some thugs out there. I will go to the store to purchase from now on. Never again will I have them shipped!
