One hour pick up is a joke!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The movie is a gift so i really cant review it but i was extremely disappointed with the 'one hour pick-up' was visiting a friend so i picked a location close to their house waited 4 hours before being told it was unavailable at that location & no longer available at the location close to my house.. Doubled the price of the movie to change it to shipping! They should have ate the cost of shipping since was their mistake not mine but whatever will think twice before ordering from best buy again unless the cart total qualifies for free shipping..
