This has always been one of my favorite series but the season is definitely not up to the standards of the other 3. While still good, the writing and plots seem to be slipping. Of course, it is being compared to excellence with the first 3 so it is a tough challenge.

Can't beat these modern day takes of Sherlock Holmes by the BBC. Great acting and writing make this a must see for all Holmes fans.

I love all of the Sherlock Holmes movies, but Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce in the old black and white movies are still the best

love the series and helps that you don't have dvr them or watch them when they are broad cast. so far got the whole set of series

Don't get me wrong, the 4th best season of Sherlock is better than the best season of most shows. However, the turn to darker storylines and intense drama really made me miss the earlier days where it was more fun and intriguing. Still highly recommended.

This show is truly one of the best out right now. Pick this show up if you are interested in an intelligent and well acted show.

Cumberbach great as Sherlock Holmes. Have always enjoyed Holmes stories but like the idea of bringing stories into 21st century.

The Season Four episodes are dark and mystrerious and threatening...more darker mystery, minus the usual humorous moments. I liken it to The Hound of the Baskervilles genre. Benedict Cumberbatch and his sidekick are still engaging and keep the pace going strong.

Sherlock is the best TV series in the last 20 years. This is the fourth season of three episodes and it gets better every year.

The 4th and final episodes from Season 4 have arrived and are well worth the wait! A fitting finish to this great series!!!

Another trio of excellent Sherlock Movies, with surprises, thrills, and an ending on a high note, leaving me wanting more.

Thinking that there would not be another series, this was a most pleasant surprise. Mrs., Hudson's driving is fantastic.

I've liked all of Sherlock in spite of its issues. Season 4 is up and down, and the big "bad" of the season is a good but underdeveloped threat. The last few minutes are great, and if this must be the end, then I am glad it ended the way it did.
