Best purchase I've made. Comfortable to wear and the battery lasts a long time between charges. No complaints from callers about sound quality.

Easy set up. Works great. Good range away from phone/tablet/computer. People on the other end of the line seem to hear me quite well (despite whatever background environment (e.g. airport) I am in). Overall, meet/exceeded expectations. Ordered online via Best Buy, good email confirmation/reminders, immediately located and picked up at the store. Perfect fulfillment.

Great headset. I wear this for work calls. I can wear this all day and I don’t get ear fatigue. The mic works great, I’m clear on my calls. I love the mute function on the headset.

Works very well , u even forget u have it on at times because its so lite , boom mic clear . The purpose of this is not for music sound quality , but to multitask and be aware of your surroundings . Battery life is excellent

I am a truck driver and I have had many headphones and this is definitely the best. The battery lasts a long time, it is super comfortable and you can hear it perfectly.

If you have hearing issues and do not like to have something down in your ear, the shokz bone conducting headset is for you. The battery life is superb. I've even left it in the car in the heat of alabama and it does nothing to diminish the battery life. It's great for driving because you are hands free. It also seamlessly transitions from the food the car to the office with ease!

Outstanding - comfortable, good audio quality. Not great in a high background noise environment but that isn’t what they were meant for anyway. Connectivity is solid - if you walk away from the connected devices they usually reconnect on their own, but sometimes there’s a little extra work to do.

I ordered largely for Discord chat when I want to be able to hear the world around me. They work great for that, and I'm told I sound loud and clear by chat members. They also work great for watching videos and listening to podcasts while remaining aware of my surroundings

Probably the best work headset I’ve ever used. Easy to charge, very lightweight. And the sound quality is top notch. Can walk any where in my house and still have great quality. Being able to toggle between computer and tv is a breeze.

Whenever my wife used headphones for work, she would get an ear infection, she needed some that would not sit in her ears directly. We got these and let me tell you, she said they are the best thing for her job. She can hear clearly, they rest on your head outside your ears. No ear infections. She was worried background noise would muffle the sound for her. Not only do they provide clear sound. She could hear them over office noises. Highly recommend.

Love it. I work in a factory with a lot of background noise. Everyone I talk to asks where I am because they can't here the equipment running. I have to wear ear plugs so this was perfect. Battery charges in less than an hour and i get at least two days of operation.

I got these for my son to use while playing his video games. These gave him the ability to hear his game clearly and still hear when I’m calling his name lol. Good buy.

The overall product was good, but just didn't work for me. I am on the computer for 8-12 hours per day. Headset got uncomfortable and started to hurt. Battery time is good. The nute button is in an awkward place on the microphone, and causes your calls to mute often.

Most background noise eliminated. Background noise was my primary complaint with earbuds. My wife says she can hear me now and not all the noise around me. No more worries about them falling out of my ears. These work great and very comfortable.

Works great - especially managing multiple connected devices at the same time. I've had problems in the past with other bluetooth headsets being connected to phone and PC and difficulty managing and switching between them and this handles it much better. Comfort and sound quality are great as well.
