You have to understand what it is you are getting with these headphones, and for what they are, they are great. These are bone conduction...which is a great technology that allows you to still be able to hear what is going on around you. The microphone works perfect. The sound quality is very good... for bone conduction. That's the key. These are never going to sound as good as your Bose or Sony or Beats headphones...that's not what they are designed for. So if you are an audiophile, and you want great sounding headphones, and you don't want any ambient noise...these are not for you. These are for people who want to listen to media, or be able to take calls, and still hear ambient noise - like if someone calls your name from across the room, or if you are biking and want to still hear cars coming up behind you. I use these for work every day and they are perfect for me. The band that goes around the back of your neck is a little annoying...you can't really sit back in a recliner or rest your head on something because that neck band gets in the way, but other than that, these are great.

These are super nice for office work. Mic works well for voice calls , laptop > Teams and Zoom calls. Comfort is top notice. You forget you have them on. For those of you that have them. Here is a hack. You can use ear plugs to filter out background noise in loud environments. The bone conduction feature allows user to hear sounds through head seat with ear plugs in.

I cannot say enough good things about this headset. I have been using AfterShockz for a few years and love the bone conduction tech, but these are lightweight, comfortable, and the boom mic is a fantastic addition for video and audio conferencing. I am hearing what I need to hear, and my clients report the audio quality on their end is excellent.

Great quality and very convenient. This headset keeps your ears free to hear your surroundings while letting you talk on the phone. Safe and convenient for hands-free driving also. Battery keeps charge all day no problem. Not the best for music. It's not bad, but seems to be designed for conversations, which is fine since that's the reason I bought it.

I am on a computer all day so these are great cause they are very light.

Found these to be the best after testing and returning quiet a few different brands. Light weight and great sound quality for teleconferencing. You do need to get used to the bone conduction and i feel my ear drum are not whistling be cause of these. Wish there was a way to tighten the band and that is the only reason for 4 stars

The noise cancelling on this headset is awesome! I live near a train track and so far, when I take calls or when I am in a conference call via webex, no one seems to hear the sound of the train passing by when i speak. Another plus point is it is very comfortable to use even for long hours. This headset is on me for 8 to 9hrs/day, 5days/wk.

Great quality. Easy to connect. Excellent sound, and I am clearly heard. I wasn't sure about using bone conduction but easily adjusted. As a teacher in a hybrid classroom (teaching students both remote and in class at the same time), bone conduction has allowed me to hear the students IRL and virtually. Very happy with my purchase.

AfterShokz works great so far I use th m a lot on my phone calls, it has noise canceling and they work great. Also the talk time is crazy long , didn’t have to charge them for 3 days, love so far I haven’t had any problems, it’s kind of different that they’re not in your ears but you can hear well with them and over all they’re great.

My dad have ear problems, and he is doing home office right now, it was a problem with the headphones, the ear plugs, glasses, a lot of things in the same area. This headset helps the problem because it doesn’t interfiere with the ear plugs and the glasses and the sound is great. He can be in meetings and still wear his ear plugs.

The price looks expensive initially but definitely worth the value. Light weight and open ear design is comfortable to wear for prolonged time, boom mic delivers a clear voice in remote conferences. Plus, you dont get that big chunk of headsets on your head when showing yourself in videos.

This is a very unique and surprisingly great sounding headset. I am a commercial driver so I'm always using a headset for music, podcasts, and phone calls. Unfortunately with all day wear comes itchy ears , ear aches ECT no fun. These eliminated almost all of my points of discomfort related to traditional in ear headsets and ear buds. The mic is great with very good noise cancelling. There is no obstruction to your iner ear. An awesome plus if you like me are needing to be alert and and monitoring your surroundings, In my case I have to be able to monitor my radio for instructions and load information. They are awesome for podcast so clear! Music almost feels like it is floating above and around you truly felt like three dimensional audio. Only downside I found with them is that they are definitely not the best when it comes to base but it's made up for by all the other pluses theses bring to the table. Don't sleep on um a must for every commercial driver for sure.

I'm a believer! Bone conduction is amazing. Headsets normally give me major headaches after long term use. Very sensitive hearing and these do not bother me at all. Easy switching between computer and mobile. Sound quality is near perfect. So light you forget you're wearing them. Control placements are easy to locate and use.

I've been looking at various AfterShokz models for a couple of years. I was concerned about fit with my large head. The models I tried on at the store didn't always fit properly. The conduction pad would not press against my temple with enough force to produce acceptable sound. Then I decided to take a chance on the OpenComm model because I spend a lot of time on my cell phone and Zoom calls on my computer. The headset can connect to both simultaneously (if you follow the multi-point pairing instructions). The fit is decent. I still think the conduction pads could press a bit more firmly against my temple for clearer sound. But overall, they world great for speech such as my phone and Zoom calls and listening to podcasts. And the battery life is good enough that I can put them in the morning and use them all day. And because they are not in my ear, the comfort for all-day use is fine.

Extremely comfortable, even over my glasses. Will not dislodge, no matter what I'm doing. Noise cancelling so good virtually no one can even tell when I am driving. Only bluetooth I have ever had that I needed to decrease the volume while I was on the road. I am satisfied beyond all my expectations.

These are FANTASTIC. I work as a personal trainer, and clients can't even hear that I'm in a noisy gym with music blaring and weights banging. They just work great! Wish they used a "normal" charger plug, and a smaller case would be great, but that's minor and the headphones are just awesome.
