I use these headphones for my remote job as a customer service support person and they work great. Always connect quickly and maintain their connection. They don't bother my ears - I wear them all day and basically forget they are on my head. Great sound quality and I love that I don't have to take them off to talk to someone in the room with me. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a hands free headset for work. Music quality isn't the best but I don't use them for that so I am very happy with my purchase.

Great quality and design. Works great in quiet areas and not so much in noisy areas. Ears begin to vibrate when volume is up. It took a few days to get used to them and then they feel comfortable and sometimes I forget they are even there. If the extended mic is raised it shuts off and a caller will not hear you. I have to remember to bring it back down. Everybody thinks I'm a Truck driver. I am not. Ha ha! Love the magnetic charger design.

I got these to work from home. I wear glasses when staring at the screens all day so over the ear headphones were a pain. They never set right. My ears won't keep ear buds in so there's this one. I love the way you can hear everything around you while wearing. It also has a great mic. Some have complained about listening to music. But only real noticeable things is no real bass and I don't need that for my job. Highly recommend these,!!

I really like this headset. My calls are clear and U haven't had issues with people saying they couldn't hear me. The only drawback is getting use to the vibrating on your ear, however I found out that turning the volume down almost completely eliminates that. I wish it had a speaker function but overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. They are comfortable and light to wear. I would recommend these to a friend who doesn't want to deal with putting headset in their ears.

I LOVE this headset! I use it mainly at the computer. Unlike most people, I hate big earcuffs over ears. I'm also not a fan of things IN my ear. These are comfortable, water resistant, easy to clean and have great sound. Microphone works well with clear calls at other end. They are definitely on the expensive side. The charging cable is VERY short (about 2 feet long), so the headset while charging is difficult if not impossible. Bass might not be what some audiophiles would want or expect.

I was skeptical at first, but don't be. Quality product with great sound. It's not audiophile quality, but just fine for listening to the human voice...Video conferencing, lectures, webinars etc. I'm on the phone all day long and they just disappear after a while. Battery life is workable. They won't last all day, but they charge up quick. I usually just plug them in when I break for lunch. Clients on the other end also never complain about my voice as they do with just the cheap wired earbuds.

This a fantastic headset. I already had some Aftershokz Trekz Air headphones, so I knew the bone conduction system would allow me to listen to music or a podcast while walking or biking, without losing my ability to hear traffic, neighbors, or even nearby birdsongs. But the Trekz Air was not so good when I was on the phone; the other side couldn't always hear me clearly. The OpenComm Headset solves that problem amazingly well. The boom mic is unobtrusive (and can fold out of the way), and my voice can be heard very clearly on the other end. The noise suppression is superb. Once, I even turned on the coffeegrinder, which makes an awful racket, and the person on the other end of the call didn't hear anything at all. Compared to the Trekz Air, the buttons on the OpenComm are a little larger and easier to find, and I think the sound is a little clearer, especially on the bass end. Also, the loop fits a little closer to my head, so that I can wear the headset comfortably even when I rest my head on a headrest or lie down. The only thing I have mixed feelings about is the magnetic charging cord. Yes, it works really well, the magnets snap it into position, and the headset charges really quickly. And there is no plug opening that could let water in. But the cord is a proprietary, single-purpose charging cord, and I suspect if I ever lose or damage it, it will be expensive to replace. I would think they could use something like the Qi system; you can find those chargers anywhere these days. All in all, though, I love this headset. It does everything I want it to. It's comfortable, the mic captures clean sound, and the noise cancelling works very well. I love the that it uses bone conduction, especially since it allows me to maintain situational awareness while listening.

I’m very pleased with my purchase sound is great, very clear when on the phone. iPhone should and it like BEATS.

I've never wanted to work with a headset on all day - until now. An entire display of these had only one box left, so I thought they must be great if they flew off the shelves. They certainly are great! They are light, charge quickly, the sound quality is great, and they are nearly hidden once you put them under your hair. They are easy to get on and off, and one charge lasts me two days or more. Definitely worth every penny.

I am deaf in one ear and I loved this headset for listening, but I never figured out how to use it as a microphone and had to give it up. Maybe a more sophisticated PC will be a better match. If you want the lightest headset and most convenient way to listen and talk while moving around I highly recommend this headset.

Very good product! Sound quality of the speakers and the microphone is amazing! Very light, I don't even feel it after wearing it for awhile. Also nice to not have a cord hanging down and always getting hung up on things. My only complaint is that it says that the battery charge should last 16 hours and it only lasts about 7-8 hours. I have to put it on the charger at lunchtime to get through an 8-hour class.

Purchased as a gift for my sister, she’s very happy with it as she used to have the version without the boom mic and always had issues with it sounding muffled due to the mic openings pressing against her face, not an issue with this model! She’s said the sound quality is great, and no issues with bg noises. She mainly uses it for discord chat while gaming with her friends. Easy to connect and start using right away, good battery power and great sound quality all around!

Excellent headset: Connectivity is good. Range is excellent - the headset stays connected at large separation from the base, with walls, floor and other obstacles in-between. Convenience is great in terms of the ability to interact with the outside while not missing a beat of the inside. The sound quality is good on the scale of the technology. One feature that is missing is muting for the circumstances such as of a Zoom or Skype session, so awkward situations can occur.

This headset is very light and the call quality in a noisy environment is exceptionally good. If I want to cancel out the noise in my environment I simply place silicone ear plugs in my ear and I literally can't hear a single thing in my environment when I have audio playing. For me the 2nd most important thing is that this supports multi-point and it can be paired to two devices. However, you have to activate this feature using a hard button combination.

By far the best headset. Clear and the battery last two days without needing to charge it. Ver comfortable.

In the days of COVID and working/schooling from home, headphones are in use at our house daily. These replaced a bulky wired solution. Sound quality is as good or better for both hearing and microphone use. They are nice and light to keep on for extended amounts of time and I like being able to be aware of what is going on around me with the bone in solution. Magnetic charging cable is a huge improvement over previous AfterShokz headphones. Highly recommended!!!

Best headset I have ever owned. I wear glasses and have no issues! I have had zero complaint about my voice and have logged well over ten hours of conference calls so far. Some other reviewer talk about this headset not being great for music, I have not tried listening to music at length, so I don't have much comment about that. I do listen to a lot of audio books and have found this headset to be good for that as well.
