It hooks to the ear just fine and they’re comfortable for wearing long periods of time. My wife enjoys them a lot due to the fact she can hear unsuspecting passerbys while jogging. Definitely better than the Bose ones, those start to pressure the ear where they cling from.

I liked that they did not block the ear canal, so I bought them. The sound is excellent. Calls are clear on both ends. My only issue is that my ears start to hurt after awhile but it could just be my ears are weird.

These are not bone conduction earbuds as I had assumed, which was disappointing. I expected more from this product.

The sound quality slowly gotten bad over a few months, base didn't hit the same anymore. I sweat a bit around my ear, so bc it clips around my ear it makes a slimey sloshy sound when i sweat and move around a lot.

When opening/closing the charging case or pressing the case button, the green (battery above 80%) or orange light (battery below 80%) will remain on for 5 seconds before turning off. Please ensure that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your Shokz. A reset may also assist. To reset your Shokz OpenDots ONE, place both earbuds in the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the function button on the back of the case for 15 seconds. The orange light inside the case will flash for 5 seconds and then turn off, signaling a successful reset, after which the light will flash orange and green for pairing.
If the issue persists, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. Please visit our website to submit your claim or to contact our Customer Happiness Team. *Friendly Reminder- Shokz take 1.5-2 hours to fully charge.
