    Just my opinion, I'm not a huge fan. I have numerous earrings. The earbuds seem to have problems going around them to get into my ear. I can't return then because my husband threw away the box. So i deal with pushing them back into my ear frequently. My husband has the same pair and he loves them! No issues with his. So that's why i think it's my earrings.

    The earbuds felt good in my ears. However. This AI noise cancelations is horrible. On phone calls, the person on the other line hears the background clearer than me. Its teally unfortunate because these are some good earphones.

    Sound quality is great while listening to music as well as when taking calls but I’ve been told by those whom I call that the microphone quality took a nose dive maybe two weeks after purchase.

    Comfort and ease of operation are very good but the sound and bass are very low even by open ear standards. Even adjusting the settings in the app didn’t help much. Overall not satisfied.

    [Employee of bestbuy] I have the open run pro 2's and while the sound quality is slightly better on those, the base is definitely better on these. A great addition to the shokz lineup

    These hardly worked. The volume was low and connection a bit shoddy. Maybe they are fake like the airpods I bought from Best Buy a few months ago. I don't know why I keep thinking Best Buy represents good products.

      Hi there- Shokz here! We're very sorry to hear this has been your experience. We highly recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenDots ONE. We also recommend resetting your Shokz.

      There is also a phone setting that may resolve any low volume issues.
      1. Turn Off Volume Limit Settings
      For iPhone: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, switch off the Reduce Loud Audio feature.
      For Samsung: Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume, click More, and turn off Media Volume Limit.
      For other Android phones: Go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphones and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for them.
