They don't fall off when bending over, running, jumping etc. My husband accidentally washed them w/ the case and they still work just fine. They are sweat proof and the material is easily cleaned. They are so comfortable I forget they are on, battery life is excellent. For what I use them for they are perfect. I have another pair of headphones that have slightly better sound quality but these are better in every other way.

The charging pins kept sticking, which caused one earbud to stop charging and prevented it from being recognized by my phone. To their credit, Shokz support offered to replace both the earbuds and the case, though they noted the replacement might be a refurbished set returned for the same issue. Since I didn’t want to exchange my brand‑new pair for a potentially used one, I fixed the problem myself by lightly lubricating the pins with a Q‑tip and WD‑40. So far, it’s working well. Aside from that major issue, I’m happy with the purchase.

I got a cheaper brand which are good but uncomfortable. This year I decided that I needed to upgrade I chose these and I Love them. I use them everyday all day long. I even forget to remove them when I get in my car.
