They are okay. If your using them in a semi quiet room they are great but lound environments, screaming kids anything like that u wont hear a thing with them all the way up. Comfort wise over time of long wear it foes hurt my ears due to the weight feom the back being pulled down from gravity. I wish they were adjustable as the band goes so i could get it to not pull my ears. Overall for long wear its a no. Loud places no. For time to time use and confrance calls or phone calls ot works great.

The product is very nice. I would buy it again, I would like to have a tighter head fit and longer batty life, thanks.

Great product but still too big for my wife’s head. She is very petite and these just wouldn’t work for her.

Buyer beware. Quality of sound is as you would expect for headphones that don't cover your ears. Clear but not deep.

Sound was good but if your anywhere around noise u cant hear the headphone. If your job is driving or in a office they are great

It feels nice while walking and running but every now and then you can not hear when talking on it

Gives me strong head aches. I made sure i was hydrated and tested against other bluetooth devices and for some reason this one gives me a head ache and not just a small one. It makes my head throb and im talking about the one on my shoulders so no bueno.

These are great if you’d like to just listen to music and be aware of what’s going on around you. Not the best for quiet places or for conference calls.

Not as good as the Apple Air Pod, Apple should make one, as I worry about loosing the ear buds.

sounds pretty good, not great. these did not work well under a bike helmet for me. my loss.

OInly had them for maybe 4 weeks and they are already skipping like they are having bluetooth issues and crackling like they are straining against tbe sound, not to mention the battery only lasts like 4 hours when its supposed to be like 10. Not worth almost 200 bucks

These headphones are really great. If your concerned about everyone hearing your music they can’t hear it unless you turn up the volume, but even then it’s not that loud. You can hear your surroundings really well with these.

When I first got the Pro mini - I thought the sound was not as good as the Pro - but now I'm thinking that I was given a defective one. I purchased the mini on 3/11/2023 and it was sounding like an old 80s wired headset with a loose wire by 7/13/2023. Luckily there is 2-year warranty, but it's incredibly inconvenient that this is happening days before the trip for which they were purchased. I'm incredibly disappointed that it's only been a few months of light use. I will update and add to my review the return/exchange process through Shokz. I wasn't able to add this purchase on my Best Buy portal either even with the information being entered directly from the Best Buy receipt - so that was weird too.

I really like the ease of using this headset. I used to have an older model of this same brand. I’m just not sure of this newer model as it seems to turn itself off suddenly without warning. All of a sudden I’m no longer connected and it’s because the headphone is off and fully charged

The sample model in the store worked fine but when I opened the package the earpieces didn’t press firmly against my ears. I wore them on a bus and had them on highest volume and still couldn’t hear my music over other passengers. I got very little sound unless I physically pressed them against my head, which isn’t an option. They’re not adjustable so there’s nothing to do but return them.

Nothing really new. Reminds me of 90s sony walkman headphones.
