Poor quality It has stopped working. Hoping Best Buy can exchange

When im talking at times i hear voices that go through the reception like another person is in my conversation

Not loud enough, the technology is cool, but still a lot of improvements needed

Will be returning. I don't like the way it fits "on" my ear. It caused irritation on the outside of my ear.

Volume is low especially compared to the"Test" set up in the store. Not sure what they have at the store but the headphones sounded great there. Not so much in my every day use. Also constant connectivity issues. Have to delete and then re pair multiple times in the Bluetooth settings. Basically just an expensive aggravation. Definitely wouldn't waste the money.

Too big. I do not recommend. The way it sits around the head/neck it gets pushed forward and out of place and does not fit the way I would want on me. I so not like the gap. Even the mini is too big.

I did not like these at all. I have 3 pair of headphones, including Bose and Sony, but these are the absolute worst set of headphones I have ever used. The fit was painful and the sound was not good. I returned them right away.

Sound quality not what I expected. I love bass in my music.

I very pleasd with this headset, its very unobtrusive, it fit exceptionally well and is comfortable. I especially like tye multipoint function being able to connect 2 devices at the same time. Apple needs to get their act together and develope multipoin for the Airpods especially at their premium price. The only issue I have with my Open Run Pros is the noise cancellation is not great. So far Ive yet to see anybluetooth that can pass the crumpling a paper bag test. I replaced my Plantronics 5225 mono over the ear head set and Im very pleased. Im returning a new set of Apple Airpod pros because the wont stay lut in my rars. I’m a Refrigeration HVAC Tech, the Open Run Pros stay put all day long, the battery life is excellent they last all day even when listening to music. Overall Im pleased and would highly recommend these to sny working in the Trades. Why 4 Stars? If I cant hear my customers over the phone and they cant hear me in a moderately loud location I have an issue. Until they devlooe a set of bluetooth wireless in ears or bone conduction at 90 + decibels theyre getting 4 stars.

I purchased the Shokz Pro Mini because I wanted headphones that left my ears open, so I could hear what was going on around me, while listening to music. The Shokz Pro Mini enabled me to hear what is going on around me and listen to music, too. The sound quality is very good, and the battery life is also very good. Making phone calls is just as clear as listening to music. I'm satisfied with my purchase. My only complaint is the cost. With taxes, the Shokz Pro Mini was $193.00. But, I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, the Shokz Pro Mini is a good set of headphones, especially, if you have the need to hear what's happening around you.

I like these. While the sound is not the same as a high end premium over the ear headset, which I certainly would not expect, it is quite good. For a headset designed to allow you to hear sounds around you it does everything it should. The sound is good, it is extremely light and disappears when you wear it, and it is sweat resistant cleaning off easily. My only criticism is that it is slightly touchy when you try to tap it three times to go back. Other than that it is a very worthwhile headset for working out or just being able to wear for long periods and enjoy some good sound. I recommend it.

Connect really well. Comfortable. User friendly. For my partner's small head they are still too big. If you are wearing them in winter with ear warmers, they are difficult to use but in the summer I anticipate they will be great.

These are great for bike riders, you can still hear cars & talk. Yet the clarity of the music is perfect. COmfortable and won't fall off when the wind is bad. Love'em!

These are comfortable and a great sound quality. They fit well as I have small ears and sometimes struggle with earbuds.
