Great replacement for the Plantronics 5220

I have been wearing Plantronics devices since 2009. I tried others when friends had something they thought was better. Upgraded through the years. My last many sets have been the 5200-5220 ones. The last 3-4 years has been challenging with too many disconnects and dropped calls. I even returned two and received replacements in worse condition. Too bad the HP took over Plantronics. They really messed up a great product. I’ve had the Skokz Fitbit 2 for a couple of weeks and I am very happy with them. Great call quality and comfortable now that I have gotten used to them. Great for music too but I mostly wear one at a time for calls and audiobooks.

Especially I am surprised with call quality even I am riding a scooter and Shokz somehow filters it successfully. The only time I use my high end noise canceling headphones is while working in the office and flights. My only negative feedback is, for some reason while riding scooter at nearly 20miles per hour, it occasionally disconnects. This happened both with my pixel watch and Iphone so I believe it is Shokz related.

Unlike Shokz OpenPro Mini, you can easily in down comfortability. The best part is, it's charges with a USB C. You can use 1 earpiece for calls incase you are wondering. It will take some time getting used to it when putting in on. It has an App that you give you more control of the setting and monitor the battery. I hardly use the app because you have log in and all.
