[Employee of bestbuy] I own opencomm 2’s, openrun pros, and the first version of these open fits. Huge fan of these products. This is an actual upgrade over the first version, has a more refined design and more intuitive overall. Audio is way better than first gen. Only downside i have with both of these is that they drop/disconnect on phone calls randomly with my iphone. No other headphones nor airpods do this on me. Kinda annoying.

Sound quality and comfort define these earbuds. They have been great since day 1.

Finally i found comfortable to my eat. I don't need to insert into my ear canal. sound clarity is very clear. I could sill hear what's going on around me while I have both head sets in my ear

Even though they were pre-bought, they are in great shape. I use them every day, and I only need to charge the main battery once a week.

Headphones are great! I love how they do not go in my ears at all. So the ear fatique is almost non-existant. I do enjoy the fact that can’t be heard from the people around me. The button is a fantastic upgrade from the previous model. It has been about a week and I finally had to charge the case. They do take a bit to get used to if you are not used to the hooks and no ear bud. I’m only giving them 4 stars since I have noticed that sometimes they do disconnect from my phone when i’m talking to someone and then I have to reconnect them. I havent figured out if it is the phone or the headphones.

Husband loved them because they don’t fall out like a AirPod can when you are working outside. Great birthday gift!

Better than expected!!! Sound is great does not hurt ear

Comfort is amazing on these ear buds. The ability to wear consistently for longer stretches is a huge plus. I like that I can wear these and still hear outside voices or talking. It allows me to wear at work to listen to music while working, but not drown out other important things.

Good headset. Excellent sound quality and battery life.

Works great. It feels weird not having them in your ear but they don't fall off and allow you to hear your music but also your surroundings

My 1st pair of shokz was the original bone conduction which were amazing for their time. Sure, it lacked bass but the concept of an open ear headset was brand new. Fast forward to today and many companies are now making open earbuds. When the OpenFit 2 came out, I was very interested for the improved comfort and benefit of being able to hear my surroundings. The demo product in the store had 2 songs and I was very impressed with the richness in sound and noticeable bass improvement over the original bone conductors. However, after just using them at the gym, I was disappointed in the bass response. I realize open ear will never be on the same level as true earbuds, I felt like the songs chosen were cherry picked for the demo units in the store. For $180, I was expecting a lot more so I returned them. I watched a bunch of reviews and decided to give the Soundcore Aerofit 2 a try. The influencers kept saying how impressed they were with the bass. I ordered a pair for $80 and have to say these are a winner. Better bass and half the price. The mic is superb on the OpenFit but the AeroFit was were still very good, blocking out background noise for the other caller. If you prioritize mic quality then Shokz may be the way to go, but if you value the best bass available today and a great value, AeroFit is the better choice. I would still choice Soundcore if it were the same price as the Shokz.

The best part about these headphones is allowing you to hear ambient noise. For running outside or other times you want to listen to music but be aware of your surroundings, these are a fantastic product. Sound quality is also good, don't expect them to be on the level of Sony, Sennheiser, or other studio-level earbuds. I would recommend these earbuds if you are looking for a unique way to listen to music/etc while being aware of what is going on around you.

Great ear buds. In ear ear buds never stay in my ears so these are a great alternative. Can lack bass at time but the “bass” preset in the app really helps. Maybe not worth the full price so maybe wait until it goes on sale.

Good sounds and very comfortable sometimes i forget i have them on. And the best thing is you can connect 2 devices to them.

I've been wanting to try the open ear designed ear buds for awhile, but the cost of a decent pair made that a bit prohibitive. Best Buy was able to make it possible with their ' open box' deal. It made the ear buds affordable & I really like the style & brand that I got.

Great sound. Very light on the ears. I forgot that i have them on, sometimes.
