I purchased this about 6 months ago, and I love it. Lately, although it started to malfunction, I would be on a phone call using my iPhone, and all of a sudden, it would switch from Bluetooth back to the phone's internal connection. This became really annoying as sometimes I wouldn't even realize this and would continue to speak for several seconds before realizing it. I went back to Best Buy, and they were absolutely awesome and swapped it out for me.

I LOVE these earbuds. I do not like one that go in the ears. I usually only use one at a time and the batteries last for hours and hours.

I have the first-generation pair, and they are good, but this 2nd generation is amazing! They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, because I have bought others and they are cheaper, but they also sounded cheaper. Not these though, they sound amazing!

I have had Shokz headphones for years and love the ability to hear whats around me at the expense of sound quality. With these there is no compromise, great sound quality and increased spatial awareness go hand in hand.

[Employee of bestbuy] THESE THINGS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It has deep lows and bunchy bass. Even adjustment through the shocks app makes it even better!!! Shocks are by far my favorite headphones.

Not as much of an upgrade as the first gen but thats saying alot about the first gen. Sounds great

Best But still has sales assistance to make proper choices. I think the trained sales staff on details, handing off to a "expert" is a poor Manageme t decision. A bit more basic traing would help sales and probably free up "experts" to go into detail. A idea better sounding on paper than reality.

These open back earphones have been great and are close to the best in the market

Wife loves them. No longer having ear fatigue from regular headphones. She forgets that she is even wearing them sometimes. She uses them daily for work. So issues when she wears them at the gym either.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the audio. They charge holds for a good while also. The only negative i could think of is just my own opinion on the color. I thought it was more tan, but it lands more pink.

Good sound clarity and design easiely wearable, light weight.

They work better than any other headphone. I use them six days a week a minimum of six hours a day. I work outside they get sweat and rained on. BestBuy‘s warranty is worth buying as well.

Great for runs and biking. Makes hearing books or music easy while being aware

The fitting is perfect, sound is crystal clear, abd other people can’t notice it.

I have purchased many of the Shokz Open Run style for friends and family and LOVE them. However, I personally prefer this style of OpenFit because I can use one earbud at a time :)

These have worked perfect, put them over your ears. You can listen to stuff and if somebody comes over to talk to you, you can hear what they’re saying so they don’t block out the world entirely, which is what I wanted them for.

The earbuds work well. The range is not that far, about 30’. Other than that great sound.

I bought these so when watching videos it would not bother my wife with the sound. It is nice not having something inserted into my ears verses something that sitrs on the outside that has great sound.
