There is a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. Waiting for customer support to see if I can get them replaced.

Hugely overpriced

I just finished an extensive side-by-side comparison of the very expensive Shokz OpenFit 2 vs. the (very cheap) Tozo O2. There is barely any difference in sound, if any. Really, the sound from the Shokz is largely indistinguishable from that of the (very cheap) Tozo O2. It's not that the Shokz sound bad; rather, the Tozo O2 sound great. So, to be clear: the Shokz sound great considering they are open-ear, but so do the Tozo O2. The Shokz also look much better and have better battery life. But at $180 for a pair that sounds the same as $40 ones, the choice is clear for me: returning immediately.

Don’t fit my ears

I work in manufacturing so I didn’t like that the older model just wasn’t loud enough and I could never get them in a spot that was comfortable for decent sound.
